This is a question we frequently get asked, after your purchase you should receive a verification email that your order will be getting processed. After processing we will send you your track and trace number to your email address. Now you can track your purchase(s) with ease.
Tracking will be available 4-6 days after your order. Please do reach out to us if you haven’t received yours after 7 days.
If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. The following changes can be made: – Your delivery details – Your name – Your email – Your phone number Cancellations – You must contact us withing 24 hours. – We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped. – You can view our full refund policy here.
We try our best to ship every item with extra padding and secure packaging. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mistreatment by the postal service. If this happens to you, please reach out with: – Your order number. – A picture of the damaged product. Once received, we’ll be happy to send out another free of charge.


We aim to deliver our products as soon as possible, to speed up the shipment process we send some of our packages in multiple orders due to our different warehouses.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be covered.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Our shipping takes between 7 and 30 days, we try to bring it as close to 7 days as we can possibly achieve. To make sure that every of our customers is aware of our shipping time we noted it as wel next to the product.


Our shipping is completely free for orders above $10. We charge $3 dollars for worldwide shipping on orders under 10 dollars.
